Controversial hiplife songstress, Sista Afia has finally revealed why she is always almost naked when on stage.
She explained that, her risqué photos on her social media handles get more likes than those deemed descent.
“I think people are just hypocrites. The same people who criticize me are the same people who like my naked pictures. When I post pictures I have covered everything up, they don’t like them” she bemoaned.
Sista Afia made the comment in an exclusive interview on Queens Arena hosted by Afia Asantewaa aired on Joy Prime every Saturday at 11:30 am.
She noted that, she is used to exposing her body because the weather in Ghana is very hot.
As someone who grew up in the United Kingdom, adjusting to the temperate Ghanaians weather has been very difficult.
“You can asked me house help; I always walk around naked in the house. “When I was a child, my mum chased me around with clothes. It is my lifestyle”.
The ‘Jeje’ hit maker described as unfortunate how people judge her based on her performance on stage.
“When I’m on stage, I’m a totally different person. When I’m on stage, I have to kill it, I have to look good and be myself” she stressed.
But Sista Afia said she is happy her fans can now distinguish between her and colleague songstress Efya.
“People now know the difference between me and Efya because of my sassy dressing and performance so I’m happy” he stated.
When asked whether she was dating dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale, she said “hell know! How can I date someone who has a queen?”
