A 48-year-old taxi driver has reportedly killed himself after his wife left him for another man.
Thee deceased Kwadwo Kesse, according to reports, jumped into a well in the vicinity but efforts to rescue him proved futile.
This unfortunate incident happened at Akyem Maase in the Eastern Region.
Brother of the deceased, Ofori Atta who confirmed this unfortunate incident to Adom News said Kwadwo became delusional after his wife of many years left him for no apparent reason.
He said his heartbroken who could not take the fact that his wife had dumped him for another man decided to end his life.
Ofori Atta said convinced the deceased killed himself out of shock and left behind three children.
He added that some residents in the area fainted after hearing the news. They however mobilized the youth in the area who retrieved the body from the well.

Meanwhile, the body of the deceased since been deposited at the morgue pending investigations.
