A new chapter in cultural preservation and traditional leadership will be written in Ottawa, Canada, as the Ottawa Mfantseman Community hosts its first-ever Inauguration and Enstoolment Ceremony.
The historic event is set to bring together traditional authorities, community leaders, dignitaries, cultural groups, and members of the Ghanaian and Fante diaspora from Canada, Ghana, and beyond to celebrate the official establishment of Ottawa Mfantseman and the recognition of its traditional leadership.
The colourful celebration will showcase the rich heritage of the Fante people through royal processions, traditional rites, cultural displays, music, and community fellowship.
Beyond the festivities, the ceremony represents a significant milestone in strengthening unity, identity, and cultural continuity among Fante communities abroad.
The vision behind this historic initiative is led by Princess, Founder of Ottawa Mfantseman and Chief Executive Officer of Willbe Events Canada.
Princess is a cultural advocate, entrepreneur, Human Resource professional, and community leader with deep roots in the Fante Kingdom. As a proud daughter of a Paramount Chief, she carries a strong connection to traditional leadership and Ghanaian heritage.
Driven by her passion for culture, service, and community development, Princess established Ottawa Mfantseman as a platform to unite the Fante community, preserve ancestral traditions, and create a lasting cultural legacy for future generations.

Through her leadership at Willbe Events Canada, she has earned recognition for her excellence in event management, cultural promotion, and community engagement, creating impactful experiences that celebrate African heritage and strengthen diaspora connections.
The Ottawa Mfantseman Adehyee Celebration marks a historic step towards preserving tradition, promoting unity, and building a legacy that connects generations.
