Some Ghanaian and Nigerian traders, stationed at Kwame Nkrumah Circle, engaged in a scuffle in the wee hours of Monday.

The fight, according to witnesses and some petty traders, ensued as a result of Ghanaian traders asking Nigerian businessmen to lock up their shops.

The incident was not the first time the two had engaged in fisticuffs. The last time it happened, it took Hon. Henry Quartey, the Deputy Minister for Interior and Ayawaso Central Member of Parliament to calm tempers.

The Ghana Police have been deployed to the scene to maintain law and order.
