Aspiring New Patriotic Party (NPP) General Secretary, Justin Frimpong Kodua (JFK), has been honoured with a traditional chieftaincy title during his campaign engagement with delegates in the Greater Accra Dangme Area.
The former NPP General Secretary was enstooled as “Nene Korle I” in recognition of his leadership and engagement with party delegates.
The colourful ceremony featured traditional rites and brought together party supporters, delegates and community leaders who welcomed JFK as he continued his campaign tour ahead of the NPP General Secretary race.
He was adorned with beads before positioned on the symbolic throne three times.
The honour formed part of activities during his interaction with delegates in the Dangme area, where he sought to strengthen ties and share his vision for the future of the party.
The organisers urged the newly-elected Nene Korle I, to be as brave and watchful as the eagle in his bid for the party’s administrative leadership position.
