Personnel from the Ghana Police Service came to the rescue of many people as the Kwame Nkrumah Interchange, Kanashie, Avenor, all in Accra among others got flooded in what has become more of an annual ritual.

The flooding left many homes, offices and car parks either submerged, forcing the Ghana Police Service and other emergency police personnel to embark a rescue exercise.
