Daniel Niibi Afotey Odai, a youth leader, entrepreneur and political activist from the Greater Accra Region, has declared his intention to contest for the position of Greater Accra Regional Deputy Youth Organiser of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Mr Odai, who has strong ties to the Nungua/Krowor enclave within the Ga Traditional State, is seeking to bring his experience in grassroots mobilisation, youth empowerment and party organisation to the regional leadership role.
He currently serves as the District Director of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) in the Krowor Municipality, where he has been involved in initiatives aimed at creating opportunities for young people.

A committed member of the NDC, Mr Odai has served as Constituency Deputy Youth Organiser for eight years and has actively participated in party organisation, media engagements and community development activities.
His supporters describe him as a grassroots-focused leader with a strong understanding of youth issues and the challenges confronting young people in the region.
Beyond politics and public service, Mr Odai is an Elder of The Apostolic Church, Bancos Assembly in Nungua, where he contributes to youth mobilisation and community activities.
He is also an entrepreneur and media consultant with experience at the Multimedia Group Limited, including Joy FM and Adom TV.
With his campaign focused on youth development, empowerment and inclusive growth, Mr Odai is seeking to rally support from delegates ahead of the NDC Greater Accra Regional Youth Organiser elections.
His supporters, under the banner “Gadangme is solidly with you,” say they believe his leadership experience and grassroots connections make him a strong contender for the position.
