Musician, film director and cultural icon Emmanuel Owusu-Bonsu born Wanlov The Kubolor says he is a fan of hip-hop musician, Medikal, who is also the fiance of his sister, Sister Deborah.
In an interview with Dr Pounds on Hitz High Table, Kubolor described his latest collaboration with Medikal as normal adding he is attracted by his music.
“The composition is ordinary, I like his music, we have the normal boys-boys talk and I shot a video for him as well. I think he is the silent type of ‘akonta’ [brother in-law]”
“Before my sister got together with him, I was listening to his song Connect and I was going crazy on that song.”
He sees nothing wrong with the eight year age difference between his sister, musician Sister Deborah and her rapper boyfriend.
The Konkonsa hitmaker explained that his sister acts and looks younger than her age, which makes it easy to overlook her real age of 32.

“I have fun always watching them Snapchat, meeting them, they are always laughing together and joking. He [Medikal] is a very business minded and so they push each other to excel.
“I have always said that age is nothing but a number, apart from looking very young, she’s very playful, young at heart so until she releases her age you won’t even know. The police normally request her license,” he said.
Wanlov The Kubolor also clarified why he actually withdrew his son from a school he claimed was teaching his son religion.
He said he told the principal of the school he does not want to raise my child in any kind of religion
“I just want my child to make up his mind for himself, they need to learn but not indoctrinated at an age where he can’t tell reality from fantasy,” he added
