The Editor-in-Chief of the New Crusading Guide Newspaper, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako has praised the Vice President, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia for the Town Hall Meeting that was held by the Economic Management Team (EMT), Wednesday.

To Mr Baako, the brilliant and simplistic way Dr Bawumia addressed issues on the economy made him a problem and a challenge to his political opponents.

“I have been around and in Ghanaian politics for a long time and I think Dr Bawumia is one of the best and excellent communicators I have come across,” he stated.

“He is articulate, coherent, focused and makes economics very simple. He is able to reduce very complicated subjects and so I see why he represents a problem and challenge for some people,” he credited Dr Bawumia on Metro TV’s Good Morning Ghana Show monitored by Adomonline.com.

Mr Baako also commended the organisers of the Town Hall Meeting and the issues they addressed at the College of Physicians and Surgeons in Accra.

“That was a fantastic event though not novel; a meeting between the people governing and those governed. There was a distinctive difference for the EMT of the incumbent government to ask for a public discourse that focuses on the economy,” he noted.
