Two motor cycle riders, Francis Kwame and Rockson Sika, 22 have died in a fatal accident at Bawjiase on the Kasoa Agona-Swedru road in Central Region Wednesday morning.
The Awutu Bawjiase police commander, ASP Bernard Norgah who disclosed this to Adom News’ Kofi Adjei said the two were both carrying two riders who are currently in a critical condition at the Agona-Swedru government hospital.
He said the two were traveling in opposite direction when one lost control running into the other, resulting in the deadly clash.
“They were traveling from opposite directions. One of the lost control and crashed into an oncoming motorbike.
“They were both carrying pillion riders and as a result of the crash they were seriously injured and taken to the Swedru Government Hospital.
Meanwhile, the deceased are at the morgue and the remaining two pillion riders are responding to treatment at the same hospital.
