Ghanaian champions Ampem Darkoa Ladies booked their place in the final of the 2026 WAFU B Women’s Champions League Qualifiers with a commanding 4-1 victory over Benin’s Dynamique FC on Wednesday.

A brace from Milot Pokuaa inspired Charles Anokye’s side to a convincing semi-final win and secured a return to the regional tournament’s showpiece match.

Ampem Darkoa dominated from the outset and almost opened the scoring inside the first minute, only for Pokuaa’s effort to be saved by the Dynamique goalkeeper.

The breakthrough eventually arrived in the 16th minute after a well-worked move from the back. Pokuaa was played through on goal and calmly finished from close range to give the Ghanaian side the lead.

The forward then turned provider 12 minutes later, setting up Rebecca Assemani to double Ampem Darkoa’s advantage.

Beline Nyarko was next to create an opportunity, teeing up Gloria Adomako to score her second goal of the tournament and put Nana Mma firmly in control before the break.

Dynamique FC briefly threatened a comeback when they pulled a goal back with a fine strike two minutes into the second half.

However, any hopes of a revival were quickly extinguished as Pokuaa grabbed her second goal of the night to restore Ampem Darkoa’s three-goal cushion.

Captain Victoria Bangui had the chance to add a fifth late on but failed to convert from the penalty spot as the match finished 4-1.

Ampem Darkoa will now face Nigeria’s Edo Queens in Saturday’s final, a repeat of their final Group B encounter, as they seek a place in the CAF Women’s Champions League.
