Asante Kotoko skipper, Amos Frimpong, is optimistic the Porcupine Warriors will sail through to the next stage of the CAF Confederation Cup.
Kotoko managed to beat  their Congolese counterpart 1-0 in the first leg of their preliminary CAF Confederations cup after missing three penalties.
This result means Kotoko must avoid defeat in the return fixture before they can progress to the next stage of the competition.
Speaking on Asempa FM’s Ultimate Sports Show, the Kotoko defender stated that,”We are working very hard as a team and ready to make an impact in the 2nd leg which will be played in Congo”.
“We know it won’t be easy but we are ready to go all out and win”.
Frimpong also urged the fans to continue supporting the club, promising to make them proud with the help of his teammates.
“I want to tell all Kotoko fans to continue supporting us because we are ready to qualify and make them proud.
The winner of the two legged affair will then face either Ben Guerdane of Tunisia or Al Hilal Juba of South Sudan in the next round of the competition.
