Ghana’s leading Acappella quartet, Alabaster Box and Acappella veterans, New Era are billed to feature in this year’s Ghana Acappella Festival dubbed GH ACAFEST 2017.
The event, which is the second in a role, would also feature groups like Akoo Show Choir, Pipers, Millerites, Vocals, Soul to Soul Praizapella, DE 8pm and the all female Acappella group, Soul Touch.

Event organisers, Creative Empire told Adom News “the theme emphasizes the power of the voice in making good music even without supporting made musical instruments and that is what the event is all about.”

He believes Acappella music can take its rightful place in Ghana and across the world through “education, recognition and the creation of performance opportunities for the upcoming generation”.
