Head coach of the Black Stars B, Maxwell Konadu has advised Asante Kotoko and Aduana Stars to leave no stone unturned if they want to bring home the most recognized title on the continent at club level.
Konadu won the Ghana Premier League title with the Porcupine Warriors in the 2011/12 season before leaving to take up the Black Stars assistant coaching job.
According to the ex-Ghana international,”The two clubs who have qualified for Africa from Ghana , shouldn’t underestimate any team in the competition.They should work very hard if they want to win”.
“Both Kotoko and Aduana should prepare ,recruit and study their opponents very well before they go into the competition”, he added.
Kumasi Asante Kotoko will face Congolese club Athlétique Renaissance Aiglon (CARA) in the  preliminary stages of the CAF Confederation Cup competition whilst Aduana Stars plays Libyan side EL Tahadi in the CAF Champions League competition .
Both Kotoko and Aduana will play host to their respective clubs in the Confederations Cup and CAF Champions League on 9th -11th February, 2018.
