Ghana’s number one television channel, Adom TV on Monday, June 17, 2019 officially launched its new reality show ‘Wo Nsa No Adwuma’ which seeks to put the spotlight on talents in the fashion design industry.
The launch, which was held at Earl Heights Hotel and Apartments at Dzorwulu in Accra, had in attendance dignitaries such as the Managing Director of Multi TV, Santokh Singh and Jonathan Adjeiagu, a judge of the reality show.
Speaking at the launch of the reality show, on behalf of the Multimedia Group Limited, Mr Kobbie Eshun, the Channel Coordinator for Adom TV urged participants to see the opportunity as a stepping stone into the limelight and give their all.
“Adom TV has given this platform for designers as the avenue to showcase, promote their designs and for the audience to know how well the designers can effectively work on time. We will urge all the participants to utilise this opportunity to the maximum,” he urged.
Abena Chirampah of the Joyce Ababio College of Design and Fashion, Joana Eshun, the National Coordinator for Ghana National Tailors and Dressmakers Association and Abigail Kyere of Abbi Creation Consultancy, were there to give their support as sponsors of the reality show.
Participants of the reality show expressed gratitude to Adom TV for the platform which they believed would be the start of their breakthrough in the fashion design industry.
