General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketia, is blaming the Brong Ahafo Regional Youth Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Mr. Kwame Baffoe, known in Ghana Politics as Abronye DC for his recent ordeal.
According to Johnson Asiedu Nketia, the one-time tyrant who led thugs to seize cars when the NPP won the 2016 elections got a dose of his own medicine.

General Mosquito as he is popularly called made the comment after the vociferous NPP youth activist was assaulted by a group suspected to be supporters of the Brong Ahafo Regional Minister, Kwaku Asomah Cheremeh.
The incident took place on Saturday at the residence of the District Chief Executive (DCE) of Atebubu-Amantin while he was interacting with party executives to canvass for support in the upcoming regional level elections.
According to reports, midway through the meeting, the thugs stormed the venue and demanded answers for his reported verbal attacks on the Minister, Mr. Asomah-Cheremeh.
The group then attacked him with heavy metal bars leaving him with a fracture on his left arm and serious bodily injuries which resulted in him being rushed to the St Luke Hospital in Kasei for treatment.
Abronye DC is currently at the Duayaw Nkwanta hospital receiving treatment.

Reacting to the issue on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen programme on Monday, General Mosquito condemned the attacks but said it should be a lesson to Abronye DC.
“This boy should have known his own people will turn against him. When he was using these same boys to terrorize NDC, his party did not call him to order; now see” he bemoaned.
Mr. Asiedu Nketia however called on the leadership of the NPP not to make such criminal cases an internal matter.
“They must ensure the perpetrators of this crime are brought to book. They should not make this issue a party matter” he added.
General Mosquito who has been a victim of Abronye DC’s venom commiserated with him and wished him speedy recovery.
