Nations FC have announced free entry for supporters ahead of Sunday’s decisive CAF Confederation Cup second-leg tie against FC Diarra as the Ghanaian side bid to keep their continental campaign alive.
The MTN FA Cup holders will host the Malian club at the Accra Sports Stadium on 13 September, with kick-off scheduled for 15:00 GMT.
In a statement, the club urged fans to turn out in large numbers.
“NO TICKET REQUIRED. Just show up, wear your Nations colours, and bring the energy!
“Let’s fill the stadium and get behind the boys!”
Nations FC head into the return leg needing to overturn a first-leg deficit after suffering a narrow defeat in Bamako in the opening preliminary-round meeting.
The club hopes scrapping admission fees will help generate a strong home atmosphere as they attempt to turn the tie around.
To progress to the second preliminary round, Nations FC must either win by two clear goals or secure a 1-0 victory to force a penalty shootout.
The winners of the tie will face either AS Zam of Niger or ASKO de Kara of Burkina Faso in the next round.
