Two people have been arrested in connection with the alleged murder and burning of a man believed to be in his late 30s at Awutu Kwei in the Central Region.
The incident occurred near Awutu Bosom-Abena in the Awutu Senya West District, where the deceased was reportedly killed before his body and motorbike were set ablaze.
A police source said the Awutu Bereku District Police Command arrested the two suspects following the incident.
The circumstances surrounding the alleged killing, including what may have triggered it, remain unclear.
The body has since been conveyed by the Awutu Bereku District Police Command to the Police Hospital Mortuary for preservation and further examination.
Police are expected to continue investigations to establish the circumstances of the death and the roles of the suspects in the incident.
