The Ambassador of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic to Ghana has honoured Dr Mohammed Shamsudeen Shardow following the successful completion of his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Political Science.
In a citation issued on behalf of the people of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, the Ambassador commended Dr Shardow for his academic achievement, support and advocacy for the Sahrawi people in their pursuit of self-determination and justice.
The citation described Dr Shardow’s accomplishment as a significant milestone and recognised his efforts in promoting awareness on issues of dignity, justice and human rights.
“On behalf of the people of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, H.E. the Sahrawi Ambassador to Ghana extends our heartfelt gratitude for your support, your voice, and your scholarship,” the citation stated.
The Ambassador further acknowledged Dr Shardow’s contribution to advancing discussions on global justice and human rights through his academic work and public advocacy.
The Ambassador further congratulated Dr Shardow and expressed hope that his work would continue to inspire efforts towards justice, dignity and hope.
