The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Three Dreamers Manufacturing Ltd, Bismark Offei Ansah, has strongly dismissed any claims suggesting his company mistreats its workers, describing such allegations as false and damaging.
In an interview with Adom FM’s Dwaso Nsem following the recent flooding that destroyed part of the company’s warehouse in Spintex, the CEO opened up about the support he provides to his staff.
“I don’t take my workers for granted. Free transportation, free lunch, I pay their SSNIT, and there is even a clinic here for their sake,” he said.
Mr. Ansah explained that his approach to leadership and human management is shaped by international best practices.
“I have stayed in Canada for several years so I know how to handle and deal with people,” he added.
He urged the public to ignore any negative rumours circulating about the company’s treatment of its employees.
“So, whatever claims out there tarnishing the image of the company should be disregarded,” he stated firmly.
