The Social Security and National Insurance Trust has announced that payment of May 2026 pensions has been successfully completed following a temporary technical challenge that affected the process.
In a statement issued by Management, SSNIT said all pension payments for the month were processed on Thursday, 21st May 2026.
The Trust acknowledged that some pensioners experienced delays due to a technical issue that temporarily disrupted payment operations.
However, SSNIT assured pensioners that the challenge had been resolved and payments had since been completed successfully.
Management reiterated its commitment to ensuring pension payments remain timely and efficient, stressing that the institution continues to prioritise the welfare of pensioners.
SSNIT further noted that delivering pensions consistently and on schedule remains one of its core responsibilities and assured beneficiaries of its continued dedication to maintaining reliable service delivery.
