Thirteen newly ordained pastors of the Assemblies of God Church, Eastern Region ‘C’, have been urged to work diligently and remain committed to strengthening God’s ministry while serving their congregations faithfully.
The ordination ceremony was held at the Assemblies of God Church Power House Assembly in Nkawkaw.
The colourful event, attended by church leaders, family members, and well-wishers, marked a significant milestone in the spiritual journey of the pastors. It was characterised by prayers, worship, and words of encouragement.
Delivering the sermon, Head Pastor Rev. Joseph Baidu charged the newly ordained ministers to live lives worthy of their calling. He emphasised that pastoral ministry demands dedication, humility, patience, and an unwavering commitment to the Word of God.
The pastors were advised to promote unity within the church, contribute to community development, and serve as role models in their respective assemblies. They were also encouraged to rely on prayer and uphold integrity in the discharge of their duties.
Some of the newly ordained pastors expressed gratitude to God and the church leadership for the opportunity to serve, pledging their commitment to advancing God’s ministry.
