Super-agent Oliver Arthur has unveiled a weekly educational initiative designed to equip players and aspiring football agents with the knowledge needed to navigate the football industry and avoid costly career mistakes.

In a video explaining his motivation, Arthur highlighted that talent alone is no longer enough in modern football.

“Football is not just a dream—it is hope, it is responsibility,” Arthur said. “The painful truth is this many talented players don’t fully understand the business they are committing their lives to, and when you don’t understand your trade, you become vulnerable to bad advice, bad contracts and exploitation. The Arthur Legacy Life transformation agenda has never been only about producing players, it is about educating players and upcoming agents who truly want to understand how the football system works, the rules, the risks and the right pathway. Every week I receive messages from players, parents and industry professionals asking for guidance, mentorship and opportunities.”

Arthur added that he receives messages every week from players, parents, and industry professionals seeking guidance, mentorship, and opportunities.

“ I can’t sit with everyone individually, so I decided to use a different medium. weekly written insights that can educate and protect as many people as possible,” he said.

Through public posts, he has invited the football community to engage with his Wednesday sessions, which focus on education, learning, and open discussions around player management and agency work. He encouraged followers to join him online via LinkedIn, X, and Facebook to take part in the conversation.

Arthur currently represents top talents such as Felix Afena-Gyan, Ibrahim Sulemana, Edmund Addo, Prince Kwabena Adu, and Emmanuel Yeboah, among others.
