General Overseer of Glorious Word Power Ministry International, Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah has charged the Inspector General of Police, to immediately investigate the Deputy General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress Koku Anyidoho for suggesting that the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, will be overthrown in a civil revolt.

According to him, even though he has been arrested by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID), Koku should personally take charge of the matter since his (Koku) comment can undermine the peace of the country.
“How can a politician make such statement against the President? It’s a shame. I urge the IGP and his people to investigate him thoroughly because his comments can destroy a country. I am not saying he should be sent to prison but he needs to be investigated as soon as possible” he said on Accra-based radio, Okay FM monitored by Adomonline.com.
The tough-talking NDC politician was picked up at the Accra International Press Center by plain-clothed officers.

The NDC was holding a press conference to react to the controversial Ghana-US Military Cooperation agreement when the personnel in police uniform sought to arrest Koku Anyidoho.
Asiedu Nketia and NDC Chairman, Kofi Portuphy, however refused to hand him over to the men and rather escorted him to the Police Headquarters.
According to Asiedu Nketia, the leadership of the NDC upon arrival at the Police headquarters handed Anyidoho over to the Police CID.

Meanwhile, reports indicate that Mr Anyidoho has been taken to a holding cell at the Bureau of National Investigations (BNI).
But Reverend Owusu Bempah believes thorough investigations into the matter will serve as a deterrent to others planning same.

  2. He only wants to receive public recognition as a foolish man in Ghana. But he should have been wise to know that wrong can never be right and right can never be wrong. Why can’t the owusu Bempa advise the government to stop being dictatorial by his attempt to imposed deaths, nuclear wastes and bombs testing on ghanaians as ghana is not his or his father’s property?. Learn to be wise and Ghanaians may appreciate that not this cheap publicity you are looking for.

Did the Lord Jesus Christ taught us to preach to the world to repent and be baptised by the Holy Ghost in order to become the Children of God or He charged the Followers to be producing babies in the Church as if the Almighty God has not put in mechanism for child birth. Let true Followers of the Lord Jesus Christ remember that it took just some few Disciples to lead life of resemblance of the Lord Jesus Christ for the name Christains to be known. No wonder a country of religious people are counted among corrupt countries because most of us have forgotten that the Amighty God or Allah lives in us and we are to be His true Image which demonstrate love, truth and all the Excellent Virtues.
