Barcelona and Internazionale produced a spectacular night of UEFA Champions League action at the Estadi Olímpic Lluís Companys, drawing 3-3 in the first leg of their semi-final.
The fastest goal ever scored in a Champions League semi saw Inter Milan take the lead just 30 seconds in, with Marcus Thuram deftly back-heeling a finish into the Barcelona net.
And, having barely seen the ball since taking the lead, Inter extended their advantage against the run of play when Barca failed to clear a corner and Denzel Dumfries volleyed home on 21 minutes.
The home side controlled much of the possession and created a host of opportunities, but it took a moment of the highest quality from Lamine Yamal to get them back into it, as the 17-year-old slalomed through the defence before curling a beautiful shot into the far corner to pull a goal back on the night of his 100th club appearance.
Yamal hit the bar just moments later and ripped Inter apart in a sensational individual display throughout the first half, and Barca did go in level as the pressure told, with Ferran Torres finishing from close range after being set up by a cushioned Raphinha header.
The chances continued to come after the break, with Inter retaking the lead through a towering header from player-of-the-match Dumfries just after the hour mark. But Barca hit back just two minutes later as a rasping Raphinha strike hit the bar and went in off the back of the diving Sommer.
That was the last of the goals but far from the last of the entertainment on a brilliant night in Barcelona, with Henrikh Mkhitaryan seeing a goal ruled out for the narrowest of offsides and Yamal hitting the bar for a second time late on.
And the scoreboard read 3-3 when the final whistle went, setting the tie up for a fascinating second leg in Milan next week.
