Some Ghanaian Covid-19 patients who are currently battling the virus in intensive care units have revealed how they doubted the presence of the virus in Ghana until they got infected.
Desmond Oppong, a gentleman who has also tested positive for virus and has been put in isolation made the revelation on his personal Facebook handle.
Desmond said getting infected with Ccovid-19 came as a surprise to him because he always made sure to protect himself by strictly abiding by all the required protocols.

“I was a little bit shocked Cos being in the ER I also had my mask on. The only time I had it off was when I was in the office or eating [sic],” he said.
After testing positive for the coronavirus, Desmond had to be put in isolation together with other infected persons.
Desmond recounted seeing some recovered patients leaving the isolation centre upon his arrival at the centre.
