In a video circulating on social media is a man who pretends to be physically challenged to fend for himself.
He is usually spotted with crutches and walks in a way people would be convinced that he is sick.

It is unclear which country he does this but it was surprising to see him walk properly when a man in a vehicle engaged him in a conversation.
The ‘disabled’ man brought out his cup, standing in an upright position, to receive money from him.
