Black Maidens head coach Joe Nana Adarkwa has announced a 22-player squad for Ghana’s FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup qualifying fixture against Togo.

The selection reflects a balanced group across all departments, beginning with three goalkeepers: Rahima Abubakari Napari, Belinda Maku Aklie, and Josephine Nyanfule.

In defence, seven players have been called up to provide stability at the back. The group includes Hajara Adams, Rafia Osman, Seraphina Esse Essenam, Janet Amewudor, Gifty Agyeiwaa Senior, Juliana Gyekeyewaa, and Philipa Asana Mannebe.

The midfield is led by captain Seidatu Wahab and features Zeinab Shani, Daniela Abass, Benedicta Nketiah Danso, Sekinatu Amadu, Mavis Yeboah, and Ruth Ayayee, all expected to drive creativity and control in the centre of the pitch.

In attack, Jessica Appiah Asamoah, Cynthia Obinsrewuo, Gloria Ameaa Adomako, Linda Achiaa, and Priscilla Mensah will carry Ghana’s goal threat as they aim to secure qualification.

The squad has already arrived in Lomé and is based at the EL Doria Hotel in Baguida ahead of the match.

The fixture is scheduled for the Stade de Kégué in Lomé on Sunday, April 12, with kickoff set for 16:00 GMT.
