The S.K. Boafo Travel & Tour Company, headed by Dr Seth K. Boafo, has been adjudged the overall best transport company at the 3rd edition of the Ghana National Chamber of Commerce (GNCC) Business Awards.
The honour at a colourful event at the Accra International Conference Center makes it the third consecutive times Dr Boafo has won the best national best transport company of the year since its existence in 2017.
Dr Boafo in his acceptance speech dedicated the award to the staff of the company, Newmont Goldcorp, as well as his family and friends.
He expressed gratitude to the organizers for recognizing his efforts in supporting the transport sector in the country.

“When you come to transport providing services in Ghana, my vision and mission have been on the top than other transport services providing companies so that has made me to excel,” he said confidently.
Commenting on the company’s goodwill and operation standards, he said “After we purchase our vehicles from the manufactures we ask them to install some necessary transport needed equipment that could make the vehicles stand stronger when they hit the roads and also undertake a culture of periodic maintenance.”
