The Head Pastor of Tesano Baptist Church, Rev. Jonathan Akwasi Etuah, has called on public officials to serve with honesty and integrity in their duties.
Speaking to Adom News during the church’s Mid-Year Worship Service to mark its 50th anniversary—which also coincided with his 60th birthday celebration—Rev. Etuah stressed the need for truthfulness in leadership.
“There are many people who identify as Christians, and it is expected that they live godly lives marked by integrity and honesty, especially those in public service,” he said.
The event, held at the Tesano Baptist Church auditorium, brought together church leaders, congregants, and well-wishers for a day of spiritual reflection, celebration, and renewal.
As part of the celebrations, Rev. Etuah generously sponsored a post-service meal for all attendees.
In his address, he also encouraged the financially blessed to support those in need.
“Many are blessed by God, while others live in hopelessness. It is the responsibility of the privileged to extend a helping hand to the poor and needy,” he urged.
Rev. Etuah’s message served as a reminder of the Christian duty to serve others with compassion and integrity, both in public office and in personal life.
