The General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God, Ghana, Rev. Stephen Wengam, and his wife, Lady Monica Wengam, have completed the 2025 Apostolic Visits with a trip to the Upper West Region.

The visit officially marks the conclusion of all Apostolic Visits to the church’s 24 administrative regions.

Event
The program was held at the Revival Assembly of God in Wa on Monday, December 15, 2025. It featured a three-hour non-stop prayer session led by Rev. Wengam, alongside preaching, renewal of marriage vows, and presentations to retired ministers and their spouses, as well as widows of deceased pastors and pastors’ wives.

Sermon
Rev. Wengam delivered a sermon titled, “How To Transform Your Church Into A House of Prayer.” He stressed that the church is a place of communion between God and His people, calling on pastors to equip their congregants to become intercessors and prayer warriors.

Faithful Stewards

Lady Monica Wengam, National President of the Ministers’ Wives Association, commended pastors and their spouses for their diligence and faithful stewardship.

She presented fabric to each pastor’s wife, as well as an undisclosed amount of money and fabric to retired ministers, their spouses, and widows of deceased pastors.
