Reboot Your Life Series: Let God lead personal and national leadership – Pastor Mark Hado

Pastor Mark Hado, Youth and Public Campus Ministries Director of the Seventh-day Adventist Church under the South West Ghana Union Conference (SWGJC), has called on individuals and leaders to consciously allow God to guide their personal lives and national responsibilities.

Speaking on Adom FM’s morning show Dwaso Nsem as part of the “Reboot Your Life” series, Pastor Hado emphasized the importance of gratitude to God, describing appreciation for His grace and provision as a source of healing and hope.

He explained that leadership extends beyond official positions, noting that everyone is a leader in their own life and must make responsible decisions that positively influence others. Acknowledging God’s power and inviting Him into every aspect of life, he said, is crucial for effective leadership at personal, institutional, or national levels.

Pastor Hado also urged Ghanaians to be their “brother’s keeper” and contribute to national progress by seeking the good of others. He expressed confidence that embracing these principles would help build a better and more united society.

“As a community, we need to appreciate God, His grace, and the life He has granted us. Recognizing His work in our lives is a source of healing and hope. Leadership is about influence and responsibility, and everyone is a leader in their own life. Whether for yourself, your institution, or your nation, invite God into every decision and allow Him to guide your path. We should also be our brother’s keeper and seek the well-being of others, as this will help our society thrive together,” he added.
