Embattled rapper Agbeko has reportedly begun a rehabilitation programme at Pantang Hospital following years of struggles with drug use, according to fellow musician Edem.
Edem shared the news on his X page on November 21, 2025, revealing that he and his team at Volta Regime Music Group (VRMG) facilitated Agbeko’s admission and have committed to covering all treatment costs.
“It brings me great joy to share with well-wishers and family that Agbeko reached out this week, expressing his readiness to get help. My team at VRMG and I arranged for him to start rehabilitation at Pantang and pledged to support him fully throughout his stay,” Edem wrote.
Agbeko’s decision to seek treatment follows his initial refusal of Edem’s assistance just a few days earlier.
Determined to support a colleague whose talent had inspired many, Edem invested time and resources in encouraging Agbeko to pursue recovery, culminating in his admission to Pantang Hospital.
