Founder and leader of the Glorious Wave Church International, Prophet Badu Kobi, has reportedly been hospitalised after he was rushed to a private health facility following a reported collapse.
The preacher is currently receiving treatment at the emergency unit of the unnamed facility, according to reports.
News of his hospitalisation has generated concern among members of his church, fellow ministers and others familiar with his work.
Fellow preacher Seer 1 General, who visited Prophet Badu Kobi at the hospital, has since shared an update on his condition and appealed to leaders to urgently intervene.
Meanwhile, a delegation led by Elvis Afriyie-Ankrah, representing President John Dramani Mahama, has visited the preacher at the hospital following reports of his collapse.
As of now, no detailed medical information has been released regarding what led to his hospitalisation or the nature of the treatment he is receiving.
