Hearts of Oak head coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani is gearing up for a highly anticipated clash against his former club, Asante Kotoko, in the 2025 President’s Cup.

The two giants of Ghanaian football will lock horns on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium, renewing a historic rivalry that continues to captivate fans across the country.

Ahead of the fixture, Dramani – a former assistant coach of the Black Stars – expressed his excitement about the occasion and its significance for Ghana football.

“Kotoko have a tradition we must respect, and we also have to acknowledge their quality,” Didi Dramani told Sporty FM.

“Sunday’s match will be a great occasion for Ghana football, with the two biggest clubs facing off in front of the sitting President,” he added.

The match is scheduled to kick off at 16:00 GMT.

Dramani was appointed head coach of Hearts of Oak just last month, penning a two-year contract with the club.
