Women’s empowerment group, Premium Boss Ladies, is set to host one of its largest community outreach initiatives, aimed at feeding and bringing joy to hundreds of vulnerable people living on the streets.

The event, scheduled to take place at the Tema Community 1 Community Centre, is expected to provide meals for at least 400 street dwellers, including persons with disabilities, less-privileged children, and squatters.

Founder and president of the association, Mina Nana Ekua Morris, said the initiative is part of the group’s annual programme dedicated to uplifting underserved communities.

“This initiative is very dear to our hearts. It is part of our yearly programme to support the vulnerable and put smiles on the faces of those who need it the most,” she said.

Mina also called on the public for broader support. “We are appealing to individuals, Members of Parliament, NGOs, and the media—both social and traditional—to partner with us. Together, we can extend our reach and make an even bigger impact,” she added.

Leaders of the association revealed that the annual outreach will not end with the 2025 edition. As part of their 2026 agenda, Premium Boss Ladies plans to introduce a community skills-training programme to equip residents with practical skills such as pastry baking, makeup artistry, liquid soap production, dressmaking, and crafting bridal fans and fascinators. The group also intends to make donations to a selected orphanage in Accra.

Founded in March 2024, Premium Boss Ladies has quickly established itself as a community-focused organization committed to women’s empowerment, charity, and emotional wellness.

Looking ahead to the feeding event, Mina expressed optimism about its impact. “This is a historic milestone for us. It is the first time in our history that we are hosting an event of this scale, and we believe it will make a meaningful difference in the lives of many who rely on such acts of compassion,” she said.
