The Ghana Police Service has initiated a nationwide manhunt for Mark Agingre, a native of Binduri, who is suspected of carrying out a series of deadly attacks in Binduri District and neighboring communities in the Upper East Region.

Police reports indicate that Agingre is wanted in connection with the November 7, 2025, killings of a man, his wife, and three children, an attack that also left another child in critical condition at Bolgatanga Government Hospital.

Further investigations link him to the earlier October 27, 2025, murders of an elderly man and his two children in Binduri. Authorities are also examining potential links between Agingre and other targeted killings in the area.

To aid in his capture, the Ghana Police Service has offered a GH₵1 million reward for information that leads to the arrest of the suspect.

Members of the public have been urged to report any credible tips to their nearest police station or call 191 or 18555.

In a statement, the Police assured that all necessary resources are being deployed to apprehend Agingre and urged residents to remain calm and cooperate fully with law enforcement efforts.
