The Ghana Police Service has arrested Sibamay Zakaria, the man captured in a viral video allegedly assaulting a suspect.
Zakaria is currently in police custody assisting with investigations and is expected to be put before the court.
The Police Service has reiterated its commitment to ensuring that all persons found culpable are dealt with in accordance with the law.
