Muniratu Mustapha, a final-year student of the University of Skills Training and Entrepreneurial Development, has donated more than 6,000 exercise books, pens, and rulers to pupils in primary, JHS, and SHS schools in the Dampong community in the Asante Akyem South Constituency.
The beneficiaries received the educational materials as part of efforts by the philanthropist, who hails from the area, to support teaching and learning in local schools.

Speaking to Adom News correspondent Isaac Amoako, Muniratu Mustapha said the gesture was aimed at easing the burden on parents in providing learning materials for their children.

She encouraged pupils to take their education seriously so they can grow into responsible leaders and contribute to national development.

Albert Oduro, who is also a teacher, noted that many parents in the community face challenges in providing basic learning materials for their wards.
He said the donation would greatly support teaching and learning in the schools.
Some pupils expressed their excitement and gratitude to Muniratu Mustapha for the kind gesture.
