Coral Paints Ghana, in partnership with the Ministry of Gender, Children, and Social Protection, has celebrated a significant milestone—the graduation ceremony of the Women in Colors initiative.

This groundbreaking programme, a beacon of empowerment, honoured its first cohort of women who successfully completed an intensive one-month training, transforming them into skilled, professional painters.

Business Development Manager Luis Carlos da Silva, beaming with pride, reflected on the journey. He acknowledged the challenges faced but emphasized the immense satisfaction of witnessing the women’s success.

“Seeing these women graduate today makes every challenge worthwhile,” he said.

Mr. da Silva further highlighted Coral Paints’ dedication to providing ongoing support and supervision to ensure the graduates can build sustainable careers and secure better futures as they enter the workforce.

He added that the training goes beyond skill development—it’s about creating opportunities for economic independence and self-sufficiency.
