In a move to combat youth unemployment and fuel local innovation, the P.K. Foundation, led by its visionary founder Prosper Kwame Appiah, has announced a strategic partnership with Kantanka Automobile, founded by Apostle Kwadwo Safo.
The collaboration is poised to create over 10,000 jobs for young Ghanaians, aligning social impact with technological advancement and faith-driven service.
The announcement was made during the official launch of the P.K. Foundation in Chorkor, Accra, under the theme “Leading Generations to Christ Through Service.”
Prosper Kwame Appiah used the occasion to reaffirm his deep faith in the potential of Ghana’s youth, highlighting their resilience, creativity, and capacity to transform not just their communities but the nation at large.
Central to the initiative is a bold plan to manufacture smart tricycles and motorcycles integrated with cutting-edge technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI).
These next-generation vehicles are designed to enhance usability, efficiency, and safety, showcasing Ghanaian ingenuity and local production at its finest.
But the partnership goes far beyond industrial output—it’s a mission rooted in compassion, empowerment, and sustainable transformation.
As part of the launch, the P.K. Foundation provided free health screenings, along with food donations to widows, orphans, and the needy in Chorkor, impacting over 500 lives in a single day.
These acts of service underscore the foundation’s commitment to uplifting the vulnerable and ensuring that development reaches those often left behind.
“We are not just building vehicles,” said Prosper Kwame Appiah. “We are building lives, restoring hope, and helping a generation find its purpose through innovation and service.”
Looking ahead, the Foundation is set to roll out school outreach programs across the country, designed to promote education, instill godly values, and equip students with practical skills needed in today’s tech-driven economy.
These initiatives will nurture ambition and inspire a culture of innovation and self-reliance among young people.
This powerful alliance between the P.K. Foundation and Kantanka Automobile marks a new chapter in Ghana’s journey toward inclusive development—one where faith, technology, and social good drive the engine of change.
