Former General Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) and aspiring National Chairman, John Boadu, has vowed to restore the party’s strength and unity, asserting that the NPP is currently in a poor state.

Speaking on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen show, Mr. Boadu said he possesses the experience, vision, and strategies needed to rebuild the party’s internal structures and position it for future electoral victories.

“The party is in a poor state, and I want to lead its revival,” he said.

He revealed plans to establish a supervisory department to oversee all key units, including human resources and logistics, to ensure efficiency and readiness for elections.

“I plan to create a department that will supervise all other departments, including human resources and logistics, to ensure efficiency and readiness to win elections,” he explained.

Mr. Boadu underscored the need to empower critical executives such as the General Secretary and National Organiser, stressing that effective management and coordination are essential to the NPP’s success.

Highlighting his extensive experience within the party, he noted that he has served in multiple capacities and contributed to every major campaign from 2000 to 2020.

“I have been part of every campaign since 2000, and I know the ins and outs of political organisation. I am well-prepared for this position and bring strong corporate experience to the role,” he added.
