NPP race: Don’t allow grievances with my team affect your vote – Bawumia to delegates

New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential hopeful, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, has appealed to delegates not to allow personal disagreements with members of his campaign team to influence their voting decisions in the upcoming primaries.

Addressing delegates during his campaign tour of the Greater Accra Region ahead of the January 31, 2026, presidential primaries, Dr. Bawumia reminded members that he alone would be on the ballot.

“I want all of you to know that I’m the one on the ballot paper. Maybe someone on my campaign team has annoyed you, but please don’t let your issues with that person affect your decision. I have no problem with you,” he said.

He urged delegates to focus on the bigger picture, noting that his leadership would continue to serve their interests.

“Don’t make someone’s actions become a burden on me. When you vote for me, I will come and help you. Please vote for me, I have no issues with anyone,” he added.
