Social media was almost set ablaze over the decision by a would-be couple who posted a wedding invitation that also served a “no reception” notice.
Although the couple eventually got surprised by some friends and family with a wedding reception, social media has been split into pieces, with users taking sides and others criticising the couple.

Some suggested it was important to have the reception with family and friends to celebrate the special day.
