The Ashanti regional office of the National Service Authority has attributed its slow service delivery to the use of obsolete equipment.
Regional Director, Emmanuel Reagan Fynn, says all desktop computers need upgrade for a smooth process to reduce overcrowding during registration.
“When I assumed office, there are some challenges I’ve tried to fix, but I need more hands, especially with our desktop computers,” he said.
He spoke to Adom News when the Member of Parliament for Nsuta Kwamang Beposo, Adelaide Ntim, donated 20 metal chairs to the office.
Mr. Fynn commended the MP for responding positively to support the office with furniture.
“Honorable Adelaide Ntim is an MP on the ticket of NPP, but she supported me when I put my request before her. Let’s devoid our political affiliations and contribute to the nation’s development,” he said.
The NPP Chairman of Nsuta Kwamang Beposo, Kwasi Owusu Kodua, together with some party executives, represented the MP to hand over the metal chairs.
