Adding to the discussion, Dr. Harry Akoto, Deputy Director of Medical Affairs at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, highlighted ongoing measures, including upgraded triaging systems, and stressed the importance of building a responsive, patient-centred emergency care system that works efficiently for both institutions.
Both CEOs agreed on the need for continued high-level engagement to address systemic challenges, proposing structured engagement schedules with designated contact persons to drive practical solutions.
