The Member of Parliament (MP) for Ayensuano, Sam Aye Paye has described the President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, as the next savior of Ghana after Jesus Christ.
According to him, the President the President was voted by God as the right person to save Ghana from the misery of the NDC.
“We should thank God for Nana Addo, he was actually a savior sent by God to redeem Ghana from the shackles of the NDC…,” he stated on Adom FM’s Morning Show, ‘Dwaso Nsem’.
According to the MP, Nana Addo’s policies such as the Free Senior High School (SHS) and the Planting for Food and Jobs are testimonies of the kind of salvation the President is ready to offer Ghanaians.
He recounted how a friend of his has been able to send his children to school because of Free SHS insisting that it one of the best policies in Ghana so far.
And the successful implementation, he said, places Nana Addo his peers.
But the NDC MP for Manya-Krobo, Okletey Teye-Larbi replied that the Akufo-Addo administration has not been the best.
According to him, the government has rather under-performed and inflated budget estimates.
“Look at the 80,000 estimate for website, are they now going to launch satellite into space to create the site…my boys at KNUST told me that they are prepared to create 10 websites if that is the price,” he said.
