Sports journalist with the Adom Brands of the Multimedia Group Limited, Alex Kobina Stonne, is contesting for the Student Representative Council (SRC) External Affairs officer role at the University of Media, Arts and Communication (UNIMAC).
Popularly known as Kobby Stonne, the broadcaster with Adom TV, Adom FM, and Asempa FM believes his professional experience has equipped him with strong networks and practical skills to effectively represent students beyond campus.
The SRC elections are scheduled for Friday, January 16, 2026.
Speaking exclusively to Adomonline.com, Mr. Stonne said his campaign, dubbed “Beyond Campus Mandate,” focuses on building strategic partnerships to create opportunities for students in internships, mentorship, sports development, and industry exposure.
“UniMAC students deserve a leadership that understands both campus life and the demands of the professional world,” he stated.
Ahead of the polls, Mr. Stonne has been engaging students on campus, sharing his vision, and listening to their concerns. He is listed as number one on the ballot paper.
