The Member of Parliament for Upper Denkyira West Constituency, Rudolf Amoako-Gyampa, has assured residents and traders of Denkyira Adeade in the Central Region that efforts are underway to restore electricity after more than two weeks of blackout.
Speaking to Adom News, the MP said he is fully aware of the situation and has written to the management of the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), urging them to urgently resolve the issue.
He noted that other communities in the constituency are also facing electricity challenges and stressed that he is actively engaging ECG to find lasting solutions.
“I have contacted ECG and will continue to follow up until power is fully restored,” Mr. Amoako-Gyampa stated, appealing to residents to remain patient as the necessary steps are taken to fix the problem.
He emphasized that electricity is crucial for business growth, education, and overall community development, adding that restoring power to Denkyira Adeade remains a top priority.
