Mosiah Walker Man reaches Tamale on 832km Prostate Cancer Awareness Walk to Accra

Desire Ceaser, popularly known as “The Mosiah Walker Man,” has arrived in Tamale after walking approximately 200 kilometres as part of his 832.4-kilometre journey from Paga to Accra to raise awareness about prostate cancer.

The remarkable trek, expected to be completed in 15 days, has drawn crowds along the Tamale–Bolgatanga highway, with many stopping to catch a glimpse of Ceaser as he makes history.

Speaking to Adom News, Ceaser highlighted the importance of prostate health, urging men to prioritise regular check-ups and maintain a healthy lifestyle. He credited his strong physical condition to a disciplined routine, which fuels his commitment to the advocacy.

He also expressed gratitude to the Ghana Police Service and members of the public for the support and encouragement he has received throughout his journey.
